My new crayons

Here I am with my new crayons.

Silly sideways video of me being bilingual

Mummy took this video of me but unfortunately it's sideways. If you turn your head and watch it you can see that I know where my ear is in both French and English (firstly Mammy and Papa ask me in French and then Mummy in English).

New Shoes

Today Mummy, Mammy and I went to buy me some new shoes. Here we are on the way home (I'm wearing my new shoes).



It's great getting new shoes but it's even better putting the shoebox on your head afterwards.

Toulouse

Mummy, Papa and I went to Toulouse for the weekend (which is why we haven't posted anything here for a while) because Papa was sitting the first of his microsoft exams.

Before Papa's exam we ate in a cafe and the waiter gave me a lollypop but Mummy and Papa wouldn't let me take the wrapper off (so I sucked the stick instead).

We also went to a park and Papa put me on a slide but I think they're a bit overrated.

After Papa got his (excellent) results, we went and celebrated in a bar but apparently I'm not allowed to drink anything until I'm eighteen.

We stayed with Remy and Stephanie and everybody except me (because I was in bed) kept celebrating.

Dizzy

Here I am shaking my head so much I make myself dizzy. I'm wearing a tea towel around my neck because I've just finished eating dinner but Mummy says I look very handsome like this. So you can see my tea towel better I've included some photos too.

Five minutes of my life

Mummy followed me around with the camera for five minutes and I looked in the oven

looked under the sofa

looked out the window

played with the heater

and found a bottle of milk

Silly mummy

Mummy lost the battery charger for our camera's batteries in the move, but luckily has found it again. However unfortunately the batteries are taking a very long time to recharge so we can't post any photos today.

Some funny things I do

There are a couple of things I do that keep me occupied for quite some time. The first is to talk on the telephone. It doesn't have to be a real telephone of course - a remote control is a great alternative since it looks the most real.



The second thing I like to do is eat my bread with a spoon.



Of course I know we usually eat bread with our fingers as you can see below. By the way this top I'm wearing is a present from Heather, a friend in Australia, and I love it.

Why I prefer a bottle to a cup

Buzzy bee and some trucks

This morning a parcel arrived for me from New Zealand. It was a birthday present from my great grandma and grandad and my great uncle Tim. It was a buzzy bee and I played with it all morning. There was also a cool card which you can see below.

In the afternoon Mummy took me for a drive in my new car and we found lots of trucks and some sheep. Then it started to rain so we had to go home.

Visiting friends

Mummy and Papa left me at home with Mammy and went to Nico's 30th birthday party where they got to see Thalia, Nico and Virginie's two month old baby.

Only two months and already surrounded by men!

Mummy says Papa does act like an adult sometimes.

A few days later we went to Vincent and Sabine's house and saw their four month old baby Thomas.

I really liked Vincent's guitars.

Papa's started teaching me how to walk up and down stairs.

Presents

When we got to Agen I got some presents for my first birthday. Mammy and Pappy gave me a car and Tata Edwige and Tonton Thomas gave me a singing book.
